Linda Storm
CEIM, IAIMT, IPMHC
While teaching preschool, Linda saw different behaviors of children in her class. Some were calm, stayed on task, and could focus. Other children would move from activity to activity and were easily distracted. She drew on her special education training to help the children and their parents. She was wondering how she could reach children younger than three years old.
Soon after, Linda found an article in the Washington Post about infant massage and searched for training to become a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) in 1999. She was thrilled to see the benefits for parents and babies before her eyes. She quickly realized there were more parents to help than she could reach, so she became an International Trainer in 2003.
In 2005, the US Chapter was reorganized, and Linda became the first Executive Director of Infant Massage USA. She co-authored the Sensational Baby materials. Linda has presented at state and national conferences and written articles for national magazines, professional journals, and local parent magazines.
